It’s been an energetic month for the 4th, 5th & 6th class children! They have been up out of their seats participating in daily 10 @ 10 sessions – ten minutes of movement every morning at 10 o’clock.
The boys and girls have enjoyed following the exercises demonstrated by Gráinne and Micheál on the classroom interactive whiteboard. They have shown us that movement breaks each day can make a big difference to our fitness, mental health and concentration levels in school.
With exercises that can be done in the classroom, it doesn’t matter what the weather is like outside!
